Service Description

Seen Max is an AI-powered first-impression analysis app. Results are for entertainment and personal growth; they are not a substitute for medical, dermatological, psychological, or professional advice and are not diagnostic.

Acceptable Use

• Use the app only with your own photos.
• Do not analyze others' photos without consent.
• Do not use results to demean or harass anyone.
• Misuse (spam, bots, reverse engineering) is prohibited.

Subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period; cancel via your device's App Store settings.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

• AI results are not 100% accurate and should not be treated as definitive judgments.
• Seen Max is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the results.

Changes

These terms may be updated; material changes will be communicated in-app.
