Data We Collect

Device ID: We use an anonymous device identifier. We do not collect your name, email, or phone number; you do not create an account.
Gender and Age (optional): Used to personalize the analysis; you may choose not to provide them.
Photo: Your uploaded photo is stored in Cloudflare R2 and sent to OpenAI when a new analysis is needed. The background analysis flow attempts to delete the R2 copy. This does not cover every completion path; cached results, jobs awaiting a retry and deletion failures may leave photos stored. Therefore immediate and guaranteed deletion cannot be promised.
Analysis Results: Only the text results (not the photo) are stored so you can track your progress.
Usage Data: Anonymous, aggregate usage statistics are used to improve service quality.

How Photos Are Processed

Your photo is sent to the OpenAI API for analysis. OpenAI does not use API data for model training by default; this does not mean data is never retained. The provider's retention and safety-review terms apply separately. Deleting the R2 copy does not automatically delete data held by OpenAI. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
Photos are held in Cloudflare R2 for analysis; failed deletion requests or job retries may extend storage time.

Third-Party Services

OpenAI: Photo analysis (AI).
Cloudflare R2: Photo storage and processing of deletion requests.
Upstash Redis: Rate limiting and caching.
Neon: Database.

Your Rights

You can reset your progress: Settings > Reset Progress resets analysis history and progress records when successful. Device identity, profile preferences and subscription information are preserved. This does not mean all provider records, backups or pending photos have been deleted; contact the address below for a full data deletion request.
